Q: How do I track my order?
A: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email and/or SMS. Simply click the link to see the latest updates on your package.
Q: Do you accept returns or exchanges?
A: Yes. We accept returns and exchanges within 7–14 days of delivery as long as items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached. Please note that shipping fees are not refundable.
Q: How long does it take to process a refund?
A: Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.
Q: Can I exchange for a different size?
A: Absolutely, if the size you need is available. If the size you want is out of stock, we can offer store credit or a refund.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping times vary by country and customs process. International customers should note that import duties, VAT, and other local taxes may be applied by their government, which are outside of our control.
Q: What should I do if my order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect?
A: Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package. Please provide photos of the issue along with your order number. We will arrange a replacement or process a refund immediately.
Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not already shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled but may be eligible for return once delivered.
Q: What if my package is marked “delivered” but I didn’t receive it?
A: Once the carrier marks your package as delivered, we are not responsible for theft or misdelivery. Please check with your neighbors, building manager, or local carrier office. If still unresolved, contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
Q: Are sale items or limited releases eligible for return?
A: No, all sale items, clearance items, and special limited-edition releases are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
